On May 8, 2024, Dr. Tahiri performed an ear surgery. The ear turned out amazing and feels like his own.

Since the day my daughter Ali was born, I made it my mission to find the best plan to treat her microtia to ensure optimal development and the highest quality of life. After much research, we decided on a Medpor reconstruction to be performed by the best in the industry, a decision which was further solidified the moment we met Dr. Tahiri. It is evident that this is his calling and utilizes his gift to change lives. His bedside manner is unmatched. He shows genuine compassion, listens attentively, educates; and despite his brilliance and expertise, carries himself with humility and authenticity.
His surgical technique is meticulously precise. We are only 4 weeks post-op, and the results are already remarkable. My daughter eagerly shows everyone her ear, saying “Dr. Tahiri fixed my ear, look!”

Dr Tahiri is a renowned plastic and reconstructive surgeon, expert in microtia. My experience at his clinic was wonderful because he and his team are very humanized, competent and welcoming! I’m Brazilian and I brought my daughter to Los Angeles because in our country there are no microtia specialists who obtain satisfactory results with the Medpor technique. Dr Tahiri performed the reconstruction of her ear and we were very satisfied and happy as the result exceeded our expectations.

We went to Dr. Tahiri and his team for ear molding for our 1 week old daughter. Dr. Tahiri is incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and technically skilled. He took the time to educate us on the timing and effectiveness of ear molding. He was so great with our infant, making the process seamless and ensuring she was comfortable throughout the quick procedure. Her ears turned out better than we could have imagined! Dr. Tahiri is incredible with kids and is one of the most talented plastic surgeons out there! His office staff was incredibly attentive and responsive (not to mention the office is stunning!!). Dr. Tahiri is a very professional doctor Who’s attention to detail is unmatched. We are so grateful our daughter was in his care and provided his level of expertise. Going through surgery with young kids is heart-wrenching, but knowing you have a Doctor who is absolutely Committed to his work and cares so much about the outcome makes you feel that much better. Communication is excellent and level of care is wonderful.

Our pediatrician referred us to Dr. Tahiri, and we could not be more happy. Dr. Tahiri is an excellent physician who knows how to achieve excellent results while building a rapport with the patient (our 4-year-old son) to help him get through the procedure.

In our case, an urgent care facility had placed three staples into our son’s scalp to help heal a head injury. Our pediatrician was able to remove two of the staples but one of them became lodged & embedded into our son’s scalp. Our pediatrician recommended Dr. Tahiri to get the third staple removed.

We didn’t even know there was such a field as pediatric plastic surgery. Dr. Tahiri quickly removed the large staple, and our son is now healing perfectly. Dr. Tahiri did a perfect job. I would highly recommend Dr. T for anyone who needs such expert care.

We contacted Dr. Tahiri to see if he could do a reduction cranioplasty. He showed us pictures of past patients, explained how the operation would happen, and even detailed how a potential scar would look minimally invasive. After many months of anticipation, we are glad to report that the wait was well worth it. Dr. Tahiri and his team (and the fine people of K and B Surgical Center) are all world class professionals in their field. He went above and beyond to make sure the cranioplasty was perfect and not rushed. When it comes to life changing surgeries like these, there is no one else we would have chosen. Hats off to Dr. Tahiri, Paola (his surgical coordinator), the rest of his team, and the doctors and nurses in K and B Surgical Center!
